1. PRODUCTS

LICENSED MERCHANDISE

We produce merchandise under license of the artists or brand's owners, or we purchase licensed merchandise from the biggest and trustworthy distributors worldwide. Most of the stuff we sell comes straight from the artists themselves. This means you are always supporting them financially by buying their merchandise from our store.

SIZE CHART

Size charts for T-shirts and apparel are available at the moment only for print-on-demand products. If there is no info on the product page and you're in doubt, contact us before placing your order and we'll give you any information you need.

WHOLESALE

Beside our own Striped Records and merch, we distribute some other labels and bands' stuff. Do you own a shop, distribution or other music business? Contact us and ask for a wholesale catalog.

 

2. ORDERING

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Paypal (you can link your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express card to your Paypal account). 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once you complete your checkout you, will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This confirms that we have received your order.

Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your tracking number if available (note that not all of our shipping methods can be tracked. For example: orders sent via "Posta Prioritaria" by Poste Italiane do not have a tracking number).

We are a small company, mostly operated by two guys from their homes, trying to give you the best possible service and customer care, but please remember this is not Amazon. We pride ourselves in being fast and reliable but we're not perfect... this is a business still rooted in DIY.
Get in touch with us if your parcel is not on its way, but please don't do it two days after you placed your order.  

If an item that you ordered cannot ship for some reson, we will refund your order/payment account for the amount of the item(s) that did not ship.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES

You can use our contact form to ask any question prior to ordering. We don't bite.

Ai sensi dell'art. 5 D.Lgs. 185/1999, il Cliente ha diritto a recedere dall'acquisto entro 10 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce, Il diritto di recesso si esercita con l'invio, entro il termine previsto, di una comunicazione scritta: raccomandata, e-mail o fax, risponderemo indicando l'indirizzo della sede dove inviare o consegnare la merce. L'articolo va reso a cura e spesa del Cliente e verrà accettato solo se integro e rivendibile, senza manomissioni o danni, verrà accreditato l'intero importo.

If you receive a wrong item or size due to our error, we will take care of it. E-mail info [at] stripedmusic.com to let us know and we’ll fix it.

All orders within Europe ship via Poste Italiane.

SHIPPING: INTERNATIONAL

All orders ship via Poste Italiane. 

DUTIES AND TAXES

Some countries charge an import tax on certain items if the value is over a certain amount. Each country has different laws for the amount of tax (if any) that you must pay before customs release your package to you. These taxes are out of our control and there is no way we can pre-pay them.

You should contact your local customs office to ask if your country has an import tax, how much of a percentage of the declared value they will require from you upon delivery, and on what type of products it applies to.

 

4. PRIVACY

Striped garantisce ai propri clienti il rispetto della normativa in materia di trattamento dei dati personali, disciplinata dal codice della privacy di cui al D.Lgs. 196 del 30.06.03. Il cliente ha il diritto di modificare i suoi dati chiedendone l’aggiornamento, la rettifica, l’integrazione e la cancellazione.
